Home-Cooked Meals
Good food, made with care. Our dietitian-developed menu gives residents a choice of entrées at every meal, all freshly cooked and nutritionally balanced. Snacks are available throughout the day, and staff bring water right to residents' rooms.
Socialization
At Willow Lake, connection matters. We believe socialization plays a key role in emotional and mental well-being — helping reduce cognitive decline, build a sense of purpose and belonging, and bring more joy to everyday life. Our trained staff get to know each resident's personal history to create meaningful programs tailored to their memory care journey.
Home Health
Your choice, your care. Residents are free to select their own home health agency for services like nursing, physical or occupational therapy, speech therapy, or social work. Our team is glad to help coordinate orders and communicate directly with home health providers, so everything runs smoothly for residents and their families.
Physicians
Keep the physician you trust. At Willow Lake, residents can continue seeing their own doctor after moving in — there's no requirement to switch. For those who prefer a change, we have physicians who visit our community as needed, along with specialists in wound care, podiatry, dermatology, pain management, and psychiatry who regularly make house calls.
Pharmacy
One less thing to worry about. Thanks to our pharmacy partnership, Willow Lake handles daily medication orders for residents automatically. Prefer your own pharmacy? Residents are welcome to use the pharmacy of their choice for an additional fee.
Assistance with Activities of Daily Living
Support where it's needed, independence where it's possible. Our trained staff help residents with daily activities in a way that's tailored to their individual needs and abilities, always encouraging them to do as much as they can on their own.
